Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 31 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the Petrol Pump Management System ("the Service"), operated by Bitworld Solution ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service is web-based software for managing petrol pump operations, including fuel stock, meter readings, sales, purchases, customer and vendor accounts, shop inventory, expenses and reporting. It is provided on a subscription basis to business users.
We may add, change or remove features over time. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice.
2. Accounts and access
- Accounts are created and assigned by an administrator. Self-registration is not offered.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Administrators may enable device approval, in which case sign-in from an unapproved device will be blocked until approved.
- We may suspend or block an account that is being used in breach of these terms.
3. Subscriptions
- Access requires an active subscription plan — monthly, quarterly or yearly.
- When a plan expires, sign-in is blocked until it is renewed. Your data is not deleted on expiry.
- Renewals are arranged with the administrator who issued your account.
- Fees, where charged, are agreed separately and are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content.
- Attempt to access data belonging to another business or user.
- Probe, scan or test the security of the Service, or circumvent any access control.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or place unreasonable load on it through automated means.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
- Share account credentials with people who are not authorised users.
5. Your data
The business records you enter remain yours. We claim no ownership over them. We process them only to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter, including any personal information about your customers, staff and vendors, and for having a lawful basis to record it.
6. Backups and data loss
The Service includes an optional backup feature that uploads database backups to a Google Drive account you connect. Enabling and monitoring it is your responsibility.
Restoring a backup overwrites the live database. Any data recorded after the selected backup will be permanently lost. You are solely responsible for the consequences of initiating a restore.
While we take reasonable care, we do not guarantee that backups will be complete, uninterrupted or recoverable in every circumstance. We recommend retaining independent copies of critical records.
7. Third-party services
The Service can integrate with third-party providers, including Google Drive for backups and the WhatsApp Business API for messaging. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the terms of the respective provider. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing or conduct.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including network, hosting or third-party provider failures.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Reports, profit calculations and stock figures are produced from the data you enter. They are provided for management information only and are not accounting, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for verifying figures before relying on them for statutory, tax or financial reporting purposes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitworld Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if a subscription lapses, or if continued access poses a security or legal risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.
On termination you may request an export of your records. We will provide it within a reasonable period, subject to verification of your identity and authority.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
